Orders are typically processed within 7-14 business days. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or during periods of high demand will be processed on the next available business day. During collection launches or promotional periods, processing times may be extended.

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched and collected by our courier partner, not when the order is placed. Orders within the United Arab Emirates are generally delivered within 1–3 business days. Deliveries to GCC countries typically arrive within 7-14 business days, while international orders are usually delivered within 14-21 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, customs procedures, and local courier operations.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 24 hours of dispatch, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Sadeem Atelier is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, customs clearance procedures, or other unforeseen events. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you regarding re-delivery options. Additional shipping charges may apply.

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. Sadeem Atelier has no control over these charges and cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

If your order arrives damaged or if you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs along with your order number. We will review the matter and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

Complimentary adjustments can be requested within 14 days of delivery. No adjustments can be made beyond that time period once the garment has been delivered.
