At Sadeem Atelier, all sales are considered final.

• Ready-made pieces may be exchanged within 2 days of delivery, subject to availability. 
• Items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition. 
• Custom-made and made-to-measure pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• No cash refunds are provided.

Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs and your order number.
